Assistance Manager (Estates/Facilities Management)

Job responsibilities :

  • Manage the building preventive and routine maintenance works including building inspections and repairs works.
  • Assist in procurement services including quotation/tender preparation, evaluation and award
  • Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory and safety standards based on industry norms and best practices
  • Plan and work closely with various museum departments for any estates/admin works in order to ensure a smooth building operation
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements:

  • Diploma in Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering or a related field with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Familiarity with building and construction regulations, government procurement policies
  • Good problem solving skills and detail-oriented
  • Proactive, resourceful and takes the initiative, and able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
