Your Role: Admin / Customer Service Executive (Public Sector)

  • Assist walk-in customers with their queries and transactions at Client’s service centre
  • Attend to customers’ queries and feedback received via the phone and online feedback form channels
  • Liaise with the relevant departments to address customers’ enquiries promptly and adequately
  • Meet service quality standards
  • Assist in assigned service initiatives and projects
  • Undertake any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor


  • Can ideally commit to work 3 months or longer
  • Prior experience in customer service (i.e. service counter, call centre environment) will be favourable
  • Bi-/multi-lingualism will be an advantage

Salary: $9/hour
