Admin Executive (Sector Branding)

Location: West Region

Salary: $7.50 Per Hour

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9.00am – 6.00pm

No. of Working Days per Week: 5 working days per week

Job Description:

  1. Support Manager in the administration and operational tasks for programme, responsibilities include but not limited to:
  2. Ensure data is accurately updated and generate reports
  3. Follow-up/ liaise with Social Service agencies/employers on outstanding training allowance disbursements
  4. Support Manager in drafting letters of agreement and undertaking with trainees and employers respectively
  5. Ensure proper filing of documents, e.g. training allowance disbursement forms, payslips, letters
  6. Events management, e.g. rental of venues, source for caterers, consolidate invitation list

Job Requirement:

  • Past experience in administrative or finance role would be advantage
  • Meticulous and proficient in numbers
  • Possess a driven, self-motivated and positive attitude, excellent work ethic and is a team player
  • English (written & spoken) 
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) are necessary
