Admin Executive (Program)

Job description:

  1. Provide administrative support to the team for all tertiary programmes
  2. Attend to scholars' queries/requests via phone calls and emails
  3. Prepare scholarship deeds, preparation of letters for bond commencement/completion, letter of financial sponsorship, letter on bond deferment, letter of termination, etc.
  4. Work with various departments on the processing of claims for all tertiary programmes
  5. Track milestone deliverables and budget utilisation
  6. Provide support for events (e.g. scholarship fairs, award ceremony); and
  7. Assist with marketing and publicity of programmes

Job requirement:

  • Degree holder in any field
  • Has an interest in engaging people and building networks
  • At least 1 year exp in the relevant job scope
  • Familiar with MS Office software eg. ppt, word doc and excel, etc
  • Writes well and has good verbal communication skills
