Description

  • Contract Duration: 11 months contract
  • Educational Qualification: O Level / A Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30AM - 5.30PM)
  • Location: Canning Rise
  • Nearest MRT: City Hall station
  • Salary: $9 per hour


Job scope:

  • Processing and data entry of records.
  • Carrying out records retrieval, boxing, transfer, arrangement, packing and re-shelving (some physical work required).
  • Assisting in bar-coding processes for records.
  • Preparing records to be digitized and re-shelving records.
  • Listing records (prepare metadata).
  • Preparing, uploading and transferring of digital records.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties to support records processing.

Job requirements:

  • Singaporeans only
  • At least 1 year of working experience in related job scope is required
  • Knowledge in using Microsoft Excel
  • Meticulous, attentive, has an eye for details, able to carry out instructions well
  • Physical work will be required to handle/move physical items
  • Self-motivated, able to handle archival materials with care
  • Candidate will be required to work from home until further notice
