Admin Assistant

Location: Central Region

Salary: From $1,500

Working days: 5 working days per week

Work timing: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday)

8.30am - 5.30pm (Friday)


Job Description:

  • Filing and retrieval of documents and files

  • Digitising of records/documents

  • Updating and maintenance of records electronically

  • Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information to stakeholders

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mails

  • Any other work-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job requirement:

  • Minimum GCE 'A' levels or Higher Nitec/Nitec

  • Relish the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment and can perform under pressure.
