Job Description:
- Operations Support
- Support OM in day to day school operations and logistical matters
- Support OM in managing OSO team and overseeing external vendors
- Cover OM in the management of contracts and projects
- Tracking of operations budget (including AOR submission, vendor billing status etc)
- Operations administration (including drafting of operations guides, ITQ specs etc)
- Canteen Management
- Support the Canteen Committee as Secretariat
- Scheduling and coordination of termly meetings (committee and vendors)
- Coordinate termly canteen checks and ensure timely reporting
- Handle canteen vendor administration (monthly payments, contracts renewal etc)
- Point of contact for canteen vendors
- Carpark Management
- Submit monthly carpark nominal roll for accurate payroll processing
- Support OM in carpark logistical matters
- Point of contact for staff for carpark matters
- Admin ICT/Innovation Lead
- Drive the use of ICT in Admin to improve and streamline processes
- Support AM and OM in data collation and reporting
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma, preferably in logistics management or ICT
- Strong vendor management and communication skills
- Adaptability and good problem solving skills
- Proficiency in IT and good with numbers
- Good personal management and team player
- Work experience in a similar scope will be advantageous
