Accounts & Marketing Executive

Job responsibilities:

  1. Assist in managing and administering digital content grant
  2. Manage stakeholders to ensure successful grant management and positive experience for grant applicants
  3. Liaise and communicate with grant applicants and recipients on their applications, statement of accounts (SOA), reports, etc.
  4. Track and monitor applications to ensure grant recipients meet criteria and submit timely reports and SOAs
  5. Maintain SOP and grant application documentation
  6. Understand how content and digital platforms work together
  7. Basic understand of web administration

Job requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Finance/Accounting or related field 
  • At least 1 year experience in marketing/ digital and web administration
  • At least 1- 2 year in Finance/Accounting related work
  • Able to start work immediately
