  • At least 2 years of relevant experience an accounting admin position

  • Diploma or Degree in accounting, finance or relevant field 

  • 1 year contract convertible to Perm

  • Location: Tanjong Pagar MRT   


Job scope:

  • Answer inquiries from clients and vendors

  • Send out invoices and settle accounts with vendors

  • Create regular spending reports

  • Maintain files of bills and invoices

  • Assist with payroll and reconciliations

  • Other ad-hoc projects and tasks

Job requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience an accounting admin position

  • Diploma or Degree in accounting, finance or relevant field

  • Excellent writing skills and able to draft emails to mid-senior leadership personnel

  • Singaporeans only
