·      Nearest MRT station: Novena

·      6 + 3 Months Contract *with chance of extension

·      Experience in customer service or public interfacing preferred

·      Able to telecommute or work from office as required

 

Working Hours:

Monday- Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm

Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

 


Job Scopes:


·      Manage appeal applications (e.g., routing of applications in a case management system, attending to enquiries by email or by phone)

·      Ensure completeness of applicants’ submitted documents

·      Liaise with the relevant parties to gather the relevant documents

·      Liaise with assessors to schedule hearings and obtain their assessment on the applications by the deadlines

·      Other administrative duties as may be assigned

 


Job Requirements:


·      Only Singaporean

·      Min. Diploma and above in any relevant field

·      Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

·      Proficient with computer skills (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT)

·      Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
