·      3 Months Contract *subject to extension

·      With at least 1-2 years of contact centre or customer service working experience preferred

·      Able to work 5 days’ workweek; inclusive of weekends and Public Holidays; when required

 

Working Hours: (Based on client’s schedule)

Weekdays: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Weekend: On rotational basis

 

 

Job Scopes:


·      Manage and respond to enquiries and feedback from the public via a central feedback system

·      Coordinate with internal departments and escalating issues promptly; when necessary

·      Follow-up on ticket and update information in the ticketing system accurately

·      Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related team KPIs

·      Abide by the service procedures, guidelines, and policies



Job Requirements:


·      Only Singaporean

·      Min. Diploma and above; in any relevant field

·      Meticulous with strong attention to details, able to multi-task and undertake pressure in a fast-paced environment

·      Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
