·      With at least 1-2 years of contact centre or customer service working experience preferred

·      Able to work shift duties, weekends and Public Holidays; when required


Working Hours:

Monday- Sunday: 9:00am – 9:00pm

(Based on rotating shift schedule)



Job Scopes:

·      Support the Home Recovery team in the management and conveyance liaison for COVID-positive cases to home recovery

·      Liaise with external stakeholders for operation and logistic-related matters

·      Assist to pack home recovery care packs and consolidate admin data

·      Assist in responding to queries from COVID-positive patients related to home recovery matters


Job Requirements:

·      Only Singaporean

·      Min. Diploma and above; in any relevant field

·      Meticulous with strong attention to details, able to multi-task and undertake pressure in a fast-paced environment

·      Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
