Joyce was formerly from the beauty industry (ask her for awesome skincare tips!), prepping sales and service quality training for teams across multiple outlets. With her natural empathy and commitment towards service quality, it’s really a no brainer why she’s an ace at building relationships and rapport with both candidates and clients.

Fast-forward 10 years with BGC Group, she’s now our energetic, chief go-to people person (or a motherly figure) as divisional director who cares for our client relations and staffing team. People and Culture are what she loves most at BGC. Because we live and breathe fun, 10 years has never felt like 10 years to her.

Joyce is a true nurturer at heart, her proudest moments include seeing her team winning awards, transforming from fresh school-leavers into management over the years, and when clients compliment her team members for their awesomeness.
